Gimmesanity

A few weeks ago the fabulous Del nominated me as a Rockin’ Girl Blogger. Thanks, chica! You kick ass, too.

My list for who else I want on my side in case of a bar fight:

- Cindy, because she has the ability to do everything and be everywhere (even Belize!) at once while still going to school and taking classes that would leave me a drooling mess. She’s crafty, intelligent, witty, and knows a good mojito when she sees one.

- Michele, because she comes across as being so damn sweet on her blog. However, she lives in Minnesota, where I hear it’s effing cold. You obviously need a set of big ones to put up with winters like that. I think the sweetness is a front and she’s actually secretly a black-belt in the fine art of nun-chuck wielding or something cool like that. Girl, just go ahead and fess up.

- Marce, because she’s a woman who’s not afraid to go against convention. She’s a supermom, breadwinner, a prolific knitter, and she grows her own food!! As if that’s not enough, they homeschool their two girls. Thinking about all that she manages to do makes me wanna take a nap.

- Elinor, because she’s a fellow runner, momma, and student. She does all this while still finding time to knit and sew all sorts of fabulousness for her gorgeous baby girl.

- Mer, for always showing off some sort of fabulous top. Looking through her list of FO’s makes me bow my head in shame. Her stuff is always so fantastic and she’s got an amazing eye for picking patterns that look great on her.
